1. How do I care for my new garments?
We recommend visiting the specific product page for the item you are purchasing and clicking on the SIZE CHART AND CARE tab. Here we advise on how to care for the garment and also how to wear the garment.
2. How do I know if a garment will fit?
At the product page, clicking on the SIZE CHART AND CARE tab will advise on how one should measure for fit. Some garments are fitted based on the chest measurement and some based on waist or hips.
3. Are there discounts for multiple piece orders?
There are discounts available when purchasing 3-pieces of a sku on most of our products. The more you buy, the more you save! When discounts for bulk purchasing are available, you can find them listed underneath the "Add To Cart" button on the product page.
4. Do I have to have a personal account to order from Underworks?
If you have not signed up for an account with Underworks.com, you can still complete your purchase through the checkout page. There, you’ll submit your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information to complete the purchase.
To make your future shopping experiences more efficient, we recommend signing up for a free Underworks account. To sign up, click "Register" on the upper right corner of the site and fill out our easy-to-use form.
5. If I forget my account username or password, is there a way to retrieve it?
If you forget your account password, simply click “forgot password” below the login fields. From there, you can enter the email address you used to sign up, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Your Underworks username is the same as the email address used to sign up for an account. If you have forgotten the address used, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
6. Do you offer custom garments?
Underworks does not offer custom garments at this time, but you will find a wide array of sizes and styles to fit your unique need in our line of compression wear for women, men, maternity, and health support.

7. What is compression wear, and is it different from shapewear?
Compression wear refers to garments that are worn to promote good circulation or to compress a specific body part for another medical purpose. Compression wear can be used to improve the comfort of those dealing with swelling, back pain, deep vein thrombosis, and a number of other issues. Many athletes also utilize compression wear to cut down on chafing and related skin irritations.
Shapewear, meanwhile, is typically worn to change the look of one’s physique. Using compression technology, these garments from Underworks are designed to present a slimmer appearance when worn underneath clothing. Shapewear can help to reduce the perceived size of one’s love handles, spare tires, chest, thighs, buttocks, and other parts of the body.
8. Do you offer compression tops for transgender individuals? If so, which ones would you recommend?

9. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. This email will include carrier information and the tracking number as well as the link to the carrier site to track the order.
Guest and registered customers can also check their order status on our website by clicking on the "Order Status" link available at the bottom of every page. Type in the order number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation email and your email address and our system will deliver the shipping details.
Registered customers can also log on to their account and click on order history to check the status of an order.
10. Having a problem placing an order?
We do our best to make ordering products from us as easy as possible. On rare occasion, you may have trouble completing your order. This guide will help you address the most common problems:
1. Make sure your are using one of the recommended browsers.
2. Clear your browser history, cache and cookies.
3. Close and reopen your browser.
4. Try to place your order again.
