I've been ordering from Underworks for many years to conceal my man boobs, and this one gives me the best shape at the most comfort when wearing just a t-shirt. It allows me to wear just t-shirts without being too detectable. People won't notice you're wearing it by looking at you, but if they hug you or touch your back they'll be able to tell you're wearing "something." Overall I give 5/5 starts. It's very similar to the cotton concealer compression muscle shirt (974) that I usually order, but not as thick, though not as much of the nice cotton feel (which is probably why it doesn't feel as thick). The muscle shirt works great for button ups, but this is better for just wearing t-shirts since it's a tank and the top part (straps) is not visible around your neck poking through your shirt. Definitely recommend both products though. Underworks could do a better job with their website, but they've been so great to me over the last 10+ years I can't complain.
