Hot/cold therapy pads included. For cold therapy, simply place the Hot/Cold therapy pad in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, remove and insert into the built in pocket and wear the garment for as long as desired. For hot therapy, place the pad in a bowl of water and place the bowl in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. The pad can also provide additional support in the area.
After giving birth, milk will cause breasts to swell, hard and make them bigger and tender or one may experience Mastitis, the clogging of the breast duct. This bra and the hot compress method will help soften the areola to help with unclogging. follow up with cold compress after the hot for maximum benefit.

Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.

SIZING

Order based on bra size: Take a snug measurement around the torso below the bustline and add 3-inches to the measurement to determine the band size. If the measurement falls between sizes, order the next size up. Order the exact size for B C and D cups and a size larger for DD cups or larger.

Hot & Cold Gel Pad Instructions:	Instructions for cold therapy Place the gel pack in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Place the gel pack into your garment and wear as intended. After use, wipe the gel pack with a damp cloth and mild soap and wipe dry and store for future use. Instructions for hot therapy Boiling instructions: Bring a pan of water to a boil and then move it away from the heat source. Place the gel pack in the pan of hot water for 8 to10 minutes. Remove the gel pack from the pan and place it into your garment and wear as intended. After use, wipe the gel pack with a damp cloth and mild soap and wipe dry and store for future use. Microwavable instructions: Place the gel pack in a bowl of water and place the bowl in the microwave oven and heat at full power for 30 seconds. Repeat as necessary in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached.
