I had very bad pelvic Edema that swelled up my private areas to the point of bleeding and severe pain but after getting water pills plus my wife buying me my first pair of these my swelling was almost completely gone in just over a week. In the follow up the doctor and nurses were shocked at how quickly these shorts helped so they asked where to buy them and I told them about these and maybe not the intended function but they wanted to know for their other patients suffering from this. These shorts helped me get my life back as I couldn't sit from the swelling not able to work on my graphics.

Measure circumference of thigh at its thickest 2. Multiply that by 2 3.
