Pregnancy and Girdles
If you are serious about mainaining your figure it is recommended to be in a vintage girdle if possible years before yo become pregnant.  Duruing pregnancy you should wear a pregnancy girdle.  After pregnancy you should be right away back in a girdle.  Wearing a girdle daily will for sure maintain your figure.

Worked like a charm
Put it on the morning after I had my baby.  It's a bit uncomfortable but what can anyone expect....it's a girdle.... people kept commenting how great I looked days after having my baby! I definetly think this helped a whole lot!!
