HOW TO WEAR

Unfasten left and right elastic hook tabs in front of the garment. Step into the garment like a regular brief with legs through front of the leg elastic straps and pull up placing pads over affected area.

Adjust hook and eye closure at the back of elastic waist to shorten or lengthen leg elastic straps. Pull both front elastic straps and fasten hook tabs to loops. Adjust tightness of the straps depending on how much compression is required.

HOW TO CARE

Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.

Measure Your Waist

Take a snug measurement around your waist line right above the hip bone.
